Car Parking at Bandar Utama

Bandar Utama City Group manages and operates SMART Parking at our commercial offices located in Bandar Utama City Centre and KL (Chinatown).

We use a unified License Plate Recognition Parking system that features multiple cashless payment options for the ultimate hassle-free, convenience for hotel guests, office staff, visitors and shoppers. 

Season pass holders can enjoy a seamless experienece by simply driving in and out without having to tap a card, with renewal payments made easily online. 

Visitors simply drive in and pay at exit or onlie via the system’s app or by scanning QR to pay online.

What are the parking rates at your buildings in Bandar Utama City Centre?

Do you have valet parking, and where is it located?

Yes, valet parking is available along the First Avenue road (RM5/hour OR RM20/day flat fee). Kindly liaise with the appointed valet provider.

Do you have Season Parking plans for your car parks?

Yes Season Parking plans are available for offices in Bandar Utama and Plaza Firstnationwide.

How do I pay for my parking?

Visitors simply drive in and pay via the following methods:

  1. Tap payment card at exit – we accept VISA OR MASTERCARD (Credit/Debit Cards)
  2. Scan our QR codes (available at exit or in our building lobbies) to make payment online via e-wallet or Credit/Debit Card
  3. Pay before exit via the Whizcity App

How long do I have to exit after I make payment?

After making payment, there is a 30 minutes grace period to exit. If this grace period is exceeded, visitor hourly parking charges will apply.

Do you have designated disabled/OKU parking bays?

Yes, there are disabled parking bays located in each building (1 First Avenue, 8 First Avenue & One World Hotel)

Will receipts be generated if I want to make claims?

Yes, e-receipts will be available after each successful online payment via the Whizcity App.

Is there a grace period?

Upon entering the carpark, there is a 15 minutes grace period where you may exit without any charges incurred.

Is overnight parking allowed?

We do not encourage or allow overnight parking unless prior approval is given from management. Clamping fee shall apply for vehicles that park overnight without permission.

What happens if I get stuck at the car park entry/exit?

Kindly press the intercom button, or call our car park personnel at +603-77108598 for assistance. 

What do I do if the LPR (License Plate Recognition) does not detect my car plate number correctly?

If this happens during Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm except Sat, Sun & PH, please call +603-7733 6340 or visit the Building Services Office (located on Level Concourse/LG, 1 First Avenue) for assistance.
