01 How do I get to One Square?
Getting here is easy, whether you’re coming by train, car or on foot.
One Square is conveniently accessible from the Bandar Utama MRT and LRT stations via a covered pedestrian walkway (from M World Hotel / 1 Powerhouse).
Drive in via either of our 2 vehicle entrances (from Dataran Bandar Utama / from First Avenue road, opposite the old TV3 building).
We’re within easy walking distance of the surrounding:
- Bandar Utama neighbourhood (from 7 minutes)
- Offices & hotels (<5 minutes from KPMG/IBM Tower, 1 First Avenue, 1 Powerhouse, One World Hotel and M World Hotel)
- MRT & LRT Bandar Utama Stations (<10 minutes)
02 What are the Opening Hours?
We are open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please note that individual tenant operating hours may vary – kindly check with their respective pages.
03 How do I enter One Square?
One Square has 2 vehicle entrances and 1 covered pedestrian entrance (connected to M World Hotel and 1 Power House).
04 Is there parking available?
Absolutely! We have 210 on-site parking bays, dedicated valet parking bays and additional parking in the office buildings nearby.
05 Is there space for motorcycle parking?
Yes, motorcycle bays are available within One Square, next to Taproom.
06 Is the space pet friendly?
We love our furry friends, but pets are not permitted on the One Square premises.
07 Is there any Surau at One Square?
Yes. The surau is located near Lobby C, opposite BengBeng Sourdough.
08 Where are the nearest drop-off points?
Nearest drop off points are at:
- Main Entrance A (near Tea Garden, opposite the old TV3)
- Entrance B (near Village Grocer)
- Entrance C (near BengBeng Sourdough)
