Under the entrepreneurial and successful stewardship of his son, the late Tan Sri Dato’ (Dr) Teo Soo Cheng (1925-2014), the See Hoy Chan Holdings Group and its associated companies of the Bandar Utama City Group and First Nationwide Group grew to achieve remarkable success in developing the 1000 acre Bandar Utama township in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
